Career orientation at JBZ mediates between the requirements that companies place on their future workforce and the young people who embark on the path of career orientation. In all projects, we work with a high degree of practical relevance — hands-on experience, exploration, and experimentation are at the forefront. With our career orientation projects, we pursue the goal of sparking interest and making individual competencies visible.
The focus is on students from grade 7 onwards — beyond state borders.
In individual projects, we work together with various kindergartens in Jena.
We welcome inquiries from parents, network partners, teachers, and look forward to new ideas for cooperation — because career orientation is more than a paragraph in the curriculum — it is an individual and collective life task.
