To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Metal Technology Instructor (m/f/d) starting approximately September 2026.
At the Jena Training Center, you will pass on your expertise and accompany apprentices and participants in further training measures on their path to professional qualification and personal development – in a practice-oriented, committed, and responsible manner.
You will teach fundamental skills in the practical and theoretical training of industrial mechanics. In doing so, you will ensure a high quality of training and consistently implement occupational health, safety, and environmental protection requirements. You will provide pedagogical support and guidance to apprentices and participants and also participate in the examination committee.
You have completed vocational training in a metalworking profession or are already a Master Metalworker or Technician. Ideally, you possess the instructor aptitude certification (AEVO) or are willing to acquire it alongside your work. Pedagogical skill, empathy, as well as strong communication and assertiveness characterize you, as do initiative and commitment.
