To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Precision Optics Instructor (m/f/d) to start immediately.
At the Jena Training Center, you will pass on your expertise and accompany apprentices and participants in further training measures on their path to professional qualification and personal development – in a practice-oriented, committed, and responsible manner.
You will impart fundamental skills in spherical and planar optics in practical and theoretical training. You will ensure a high quality of training and consistently implement occupational safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. You will provide pedagogical support and guidance to apprentices and participants and also serve on the examination board.
You have completed training as a precision optician or possess relevant professional experience in the field of precision optics. Ideally, you hold the instructor aptitude certificate (AEVO) or are willing to acquire it alongside your work. Pedagogical skill, empathy, as well as strong communication and assertiveness, are among your strengths, as are initiative and commitment.
